For me, yoga is not just 1 hour on the mat, but also the remaining 23 hours of how you live and experience this world.
My initial motivation when I started to learn more about yoga was to help myself and my loved ones, and it really worked for me. Yoga helped me recover from physical weakness and injuries, physically and mentally. Gradually the motivation became stronger when seeing friends and people around me encountering similar problems. That is why I became a Yoga instructor.
In my classes, I always focus on synchronizing breathing with movements, so that after the classes, students not only feel stronger physically, but also feel calm in their minds.
