I was involved in sports and have been an athlete since childhood with intense practice. Hence, my personality became quite active.
I have never thought of practicing Yoga, claiming myself lacking patience, until my body started to speak - Sciatica; Muscle tension, Vertebrae Issue. Aerial yoga was the first thing I thought I should try.
I was surprised with what Yoga could offer. Then I decided to practice Yoga and this is the best decision I have made for my body.
Practice Yoga on my body that Was dealing with many issues. I stand on the side of a person to share what's best for you. Yoga, to me, is to feel and observe our own body better.
