When I first came to yoga, my desire was to go inward, to live with a calm mind.
I started with Vinyasa. Now I mainly lead Aerial Yoga and Inside Flow.
My fondness for Aerial yoga are the challenges in the classes. The challenge to be balanced on the hammocks and on the ground. The physical challenge. Some other times, it is the challenge to overcome fears. Also, practicing Aerial yoga is fun and very instagramable.
My other love is for Inside Flow. Because it requires constant learning and creativity. Regularly update new movements, new music. And the most special thing is the message that comes in each class. These messages are often encouraging, kind, nourishing the soul and emotions of the practitioners. Inside Flow -> Flow from inside out both literally and figuratively.
I believe that the more you are aware of the body, the more you can heal your body.
