For those friends and yoga students who are “Kundalini curious”. Kundalini Yoga is often referred to as the ‘Yoga of Awareness.' It is an avenue to Self-experience and expansion contains the elements of all forms of Yoga. The yoga practice integrates breathing techniques, active movement, held stretches, deep relaxation, meditation, mudra (hand positions), and mantra (meditation utilizing the repetition of sound).
The ancient techniques of Kundalini Yoga are prescriptive and uniquely specific in their application. It taught in prescribed sets of exercises (kriyas) and is taught in its pure and complete form. A kriya is comprised of a complete set of actions that will effectively adjust a certain aspect of your being. Kundalini Yoga is dynamic, fun and incredibly efficient. It is challenging yet obtainable for almost everyone.
About Bhakti Akal Kaur Phi Ánh , her highest purpose in life is to inspire and uplift human consciousness to find their own mission and to fulfill their journey to a happiness and meaningful life.
She has been practicing many types of Yoga and meditation for more than 10 years before finding Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan since 2015 in Dublin, Ireland and this is her favorite yoga as well as her daily spiritual disciplined practice until now. Her desire for a Kundalini Yoga Community in Vietnam inspired her to bring Kundalini Yoga to Vietnam since 2016 after her teacher training in the mother land Espanola, New Mexico, USA.
Her favorite motto “ Travel light, live light, spread the light, and be the light” is always her leading thought in becoming a teacher and serving the world.
