I believe in honouring the uniqueness of each individual and invites you to explore, foster understanding and celebrate your uniqueness with curiosity and self-compassion. Striving to help others thrive in life by realigning the body, centering the mind and uplifting the spirit.
Uniqueness - ‘The quality of being particularly remarkable, special, or unusual’.
The intention is to encourage a sense of playfulness, strength, steadiness and ease through the use of intelligent placement of the body and the breath. Honouring one’s body truly has deeper returns both on and off the mat.
Yoga infused with dynamic conditioning.
Drawing inspiration from styles such as Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa and Aerial yoga, I will blend those teachings with dynamic strengthening techniques like Pilates while incorporating breath control to promote healing and finding what feels good.
